Air conditioning has stopped being a luxury in this country. Loft conversions and south-facing extensions get unusable in July, home offices are worked in all day, and commercial units and shops have a duty to stay comfortable for the people in them.
Most of what makes an installation good happens before anything is fitted. Where the indoor unit goes decides whether the room is comfortable or draughty, where the condenser goes decides whether you can hear it from the bedroom window, and the pipe route between them decides how much of your house has to be disturbed to connect the two. We work all of that through with you first.
Being electricians first means the electrical side is done properly rather than treated as an afterthought: its own correctly rated supply from the board, the right isolation, and the load on the property checked before we commit to anything.

Output matched to the room's size, glazing and aspect. An undersized unit runs flat out and never gets there; an oversized one short-cycles and costs you more to run.
Sited with you first
Indoor unit, condenser position and the pipe route between them all agreed before we start, so nothing ends up above a bed or under a bedroom window.
Its own electrical supply
A dedicated, correctly rated circuit with proper isolation, not a spur off whatever was nearest. The property's existing load is checked before we quote.
Homes and commercial
Wall-mounted split units for houses and home offices, ceiling cassettes for shops, offices and commercial units, with pipework and containment run neatly.

How much does air conditioning cost to install?
Across Leeds a single-room split system is typically £1,200 to £2,000 installed, and a multi-room system from around £2,500, depending on the unit size and how far the condenser sits from the indoor unit. We price each one after seeing it, with one fixed price in writing before we start.
How long does an installation take?
A single room is usually a day. A multi-room system takes longer and gets a clear plan up front so you know which days we are with you.
Will it be noisy?
Modern units are very quiet indoors. The condenser outside makes some noise, which is exactly why where it goes is worth deciding together rather than defaulting to the easiest wall.
Can you fit it in a commercial unit or office?
Yes, that is a good share of the air conditioning work we do. Ceiling cassettes and wall units for offices, shops, showrooms and commercial units, worked around your opening hours where we can.
