Guiseley sits where Leeds starts turning into Wharfedale, best known nationally for the original Harry Ramsden's and locally for being a comfortable place to live with a station straight into town.
The housing runs from stone terraces and cottages near the Green and Oxford Road through to broad interwar and post-war semis and newer detached estates. The older stone properties are the ones where wiring has usually been extended rather than renewed, and the semis are the classic consumer unit and rewire candidates. The newer detached stock is where we fit most of the chargers and outdoor lighting.
