Morley has more commercial space than any town on our patch outside Leeds itself. Gateway 45 by junction 45 of the M1 is one of the biggest business parks in the region, Leeds 27 at Gelderd Road is full of units and offices and the town centre around Queen Street has shops, salons and surgeries that get uncomfortable by June. A wall-mounted split system cools a single office or treatment room quietly and a multi-split runs several rooms off one outdoor unit so there is only one condenser to site.
We fit air conditioning across Morley for businesses and for homes, from a single unit in a loft bedroom in Churwell to a multi-room system across an office floor. Because we are electricians first, the power supply, the isolator and the controls are done properly rather than bodged onto a spare socket. We work around your trading hours and leave the place tidy. Across Leeds a single-room split system is typically £1,200 to £2,000 installed and a multi-room system from around £2,500, with a fixed price before we start.

Fitted around your day
Early starts, evenings and weekends for businesses that cannot close for an install.
Electrics done right
A dedicated supply, a proper isolator and controls that make sense, from an electrician not a fitter.
Your questions, answered
Can you fit air con in an industrial unit rather than an office?
Yes. Larger units usually need a higher-capacity system or more than one indoor unit. We look at the space, the roof height and how it is used before recommending anything.
Do you work with facilities managers on multi-let sites?
We do. We can quote per unit or per floor, keep to site rules and provide the paperwork a landlord needs.
What maintenance does a system need?
A filter clean every few months and a service once a year keeps it efficient and quiet. We can set that up when we install.
Ready for electrics done properly?
Free fixed quotes across Leeds and West Yorkshire. Careful work, an immaculate finish and a price that doesn't move.
