Your local electrician in Farsley

Farsley runs into Pudsey and Calverley along Town Street, and it has done rather well out of Sunny Bank Mills, where the old spinning mills now hold studios, a gallery and small businesses instead of looms.

The housing is mostly stone: weavers' cottages and through terraces close to Town Street, then later terraces and semis spreading out from there. Cottages of that age are the ones where wiring has usually been added to in layers, and where an EICR is worth doing before anything else, because it tells you what actually needs replacing rather than what looks old.

There is a fair amount of conversion and small commercial work around the mill complex too, which is different again: existing supplies to work with, and other tenants who would rather the power stayed on.
