Yeadon runs straight into Guiseley and shares its history: a mill town on the edge of Wharfedale that now has Leeds Bradford Airport on its doorstep and the Tarn at its centre.
Older Yeadon is stone terraces climbing away from High Street, built tight and built solid, which makes cable routing a job worth planning rather than improvising. Then there are the substantial post-war estates, which are where most of our consumer unit work in the town happens, and newer infill development that generally wants adding to rather than replacing.
Being close to the airport, we do a fair amount of work for people letting property short term, where a current EICR and a sensible, well-labelled board matter more than usual.
