Office Air Conditioning Installation in Leeds
A Leeds office in July is a hard place to get work done. The big parks like White Rose Office Park at Millshaw and Thorpe Park by the M1 have tenants fitting out floors every year and the smaller offices, salons and surgeries across the city centre, Headingley and Chapel Allerton have the same problem in less space. A wall-mounted split system cools one room quietly. A multi-split runs several rooms from one outdoor unit, so the landlord only has to agree to one condenser on the wall or the roof.
We install air conditioning for businesses across Leeds and we do it as electricians, which matters more than it sounds. The dedicated supply, the isolator and the controls are done properly from the board rather than hung off a spare ring main. We work early, late and at weekends so a live office never has to close and we leave it clean. Across Leeds a single-room split system is typically £1,200 to £2,000 installed and a multi-room system from around £2,500, with a fixed price before we start.

Your questions, answered
Can you fit air con without disrupting a working office?
Yes. We do the noisy work early or at the weekend, keep the dust contained and have the units running before the first person arrives on Monday.
What is the difference between a split and a multi-split?
A split is one indoor unit and one outdoor unit. A multi-split runs two to five indoor units from one outdoor unit, which suits a floor of small offices where wall space outside is limited.
Will my landlord need to agree?
Usually, because the outdoor unit is fixed to the building. We can supply a drawing and a spec to make that conversation quick.
